The corporation was established by the the late Dr. Mohamed Sami Ahmed Salem. Today, Orient Pharma and Sami &amp; Co. remain under family control, managed by the family&#8217;s 2nd and 3rd generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oranizational Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1955: Establishment of Orient Pharma Scientific Office<\/li>\n<li>1974: Establishment of Sami &amp; Co. for Export, Import and Trade Agencies &#8211; (In business till date)<\/li>\n<li>1975: Establishment of Bebelac Scientific Office &#8211; (Transferred to Sami &amp; Co.)<\/li>\n<li>1975: Establishment of Boots Scientific Office \u2013 (Discontinued)<\/li>\n<li>1989: Establishment of the The Egyptian Hellenic Co. for Food Industries S.A.E.
